Store Supervisor for Administration – Abreeza, Davao (Opening April 2011)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store.
2. Train and monitor the performance of sales cashiers.
3. Prepare all the necessary reports and documents related to cash operations.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Cashier.

Store Supervisor for Operations – Abreeza, Davao (Opening April 2011)
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the orientation and training of all store personnel in relation to store policies and procedures, including customer service.
2. Monitor and account all merchandise in the store in terms of quantity, quality, specifications, as well as inventory level.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the achievement of Store KPI’s Sales, EBIT, excellent customer service, proper shrinkage control, good general housekeeping and proper visual standards.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
2. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Management or Inventory Control.
