The Abreeza Mall is gearing up for its opening which is set this coming May. Abreeza is a mixed-use development project which includes a mall, hotel, residential and office buildings. Accendo is the company who will run the operations of the mall project. As of to date, the commercial spaces inside the mall are almost leased out with Robinsons Department Store as the biggest locator.

Anita Angela B. Ferrer, Accendo marketing manager said that there are about 300 concepts stores that will be residing inside the mall. Abreeza mall will also feature local homegrown merchants for its opening. Together with the opening of Abreeza are new faces in Davao which include Starbucks, BreadTalk, Lemon Grass, XOXO and many others. Aside from the retail store, Abreeza mall will also feature a 1,200-square-meter entertainment center which aims to become a family destination inside the mall.

The company is also looking for the establishment of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) building facility intended for call centers and other BPO-related investments. The BPO facility will be three-floor building where two floors will be dedicated to retail shops while the remaining floor are for IT firms.

Aside from the BPO and mall a project, the company has just broke ground a nine-storey boutique hotel that will have 148 rooms. The hotel is one of the major selling magnets of the Abreeza mixed-use project and is expected to be completed by next year.
