Admerex, an Australia-based company is set to open a new call center in the city with an initial capacity of 200 seats.

The top executives of the company are expected to visit the country to officially announce the company’s expansion plans in Davao.

Admerex is another addition to growing number call center companies operating in Davao City. Admerex has established a contact center in Makati City with more than 500 agents.

According to a study by research firm XMG, Inc., it is estimated that the Davao’s work force when it comes to Business Process Outsourcing Industry is twice that of Cebu, seven times that of Clark, Pampanga and six times that of Baguio.

Admerex is considered as one of the leading global providers of receivables lifecycle and credit risk management solutions. Among its Philippine-based clients are Banco de Oro and Union Bank. Its Manila center handles receivables portfolio from these two banks. Admerex Head Office is located in Sydney.
