Camella Northpoint Davao
Camella communities recently unveil the third tower of its condominium project in Davao City known as Camella Northpoint. The launching was very historic since this will be the first 10-storey condominium building in Davao City. The Camella Northpoint project is a British Colonial-themed, master-planned residential community.
Camella Communities Davao is the developer behind this project. It is a subsidiary of the largest homebuilder in the country, Vista Land and Lifescapes. It is located in Buhangin- Bajada where modern business and commercial establishments are located. Camella Northpoint is the company’s first ever vertical development project in Davao.
Camella Northpoint buildings are specifically designed and built following the principles of green architecture. A principle used to lessen the negative impact of buildings to the environment through enhancing efficiency in the use of energy and materials.
The Camella Northpoint will have a fitness gym, multi-function room, playground and a swimming pool. It will also include a clubhouse that will serve as a center of activities within the condo community. It also features a natural environment of trees and lush plants which gives a fresh and relaxing ambiance to Camella Northpoint.
Camella Communities introduced the third building to meet the growing response of home buyers to Northpoint condo units. The third Northpoint tower comes after the success enjoyed by the first two buildings namely Manchester and Birmingham, which have raked brisk sales since project were launched.

Good news! It seems like the condo trend in Davao is going high rise. After this project, I would like to see more condo buildings around Bajada area. I heard that a local developer is planning to build a condo near the Bajada flyover. If this will push through, then this will definitely change the landscape of this area.

I also read in the newspaper that SM Development Corp. (SDMC) is also looking for possible condo project in Davao. I am looking forward for this since SM is known to have a very good reputation when it comes to property development. With this, padami na nang padami ang mga condominium projects sa Davao.

Yes, you’re right and they are also looking at Davao City as a possible location for a hotel and SMX convention center project. Hope, this will push through.

And speaking of condo development in Davao, Davao’s tallest tower will be rising soon… abangaaaan…
