Ayala Land Inc., one of the Philippines’ biggest land developers is set to develop a 3-Billion Peso Business Park and Mall project in Davao City. The Mall and business park will be located in a 9-hectare property land along J.P. Laurel Avenue, Bajada which is owned by the Floreindos.

The Mall and Business Park project is a joint venture between Ayala Land Inc. and Anflocor Investment and Development Company. This multi-billion peso project is also designed to cater business process outsourcing-related investments like call centers. Read the rest of this entry »
