Tigerair Restarts Davao Flights

Tigerair Philippines has recently announced that it has resumed its Davao flights on December 2.

The airline company also intends to expand its operation in Davao City to take advantage of the growing visitors going to Davao.

Tigerair is serving Davao daily flights from Manila to Davao using a 144-seater Airbus 319 aircraft.

Tigerair Philippines is the fifth airline company to fly to Davao City utilizing the Francisco Bangoy International Airport.

    The Davao International Airport is included in the list of PPP projects. I hope that this will help the airport to cater more passengers and airplanes. This way, more airlines (local and foreign) will be encourage to add more or open more flight going to Davao.

    @pal, I believe that’s part of the plan to have a taxi way at the Davao International Airport.

    In the news, it says that the operation and maintenance of the airport will be handled by private companies under PPP or Public-Private Partnership project of the government.
